Who Should Attend

Impact Entrepreneurs

Impact Entrepreneurs provide the knowledge, skills and expertise that serve to bridge gaps in I3* Projects, and in the building of a new world economy. They are focused on developing solutions, and outcomes greater than a single solution. They seek to contribute resources, or technical expertise, that drive results – measurable in both quantitative and qualitative terms – that  will positively affect the community within which any given projects are taking place. While these experts have the technical skills and/or knowledge in a specific field, the circumstances of the community determine how that knowledge or skill can and will be applied. Our Impact Entrepreneur collaborators know that the people of the community must drive the process of getting to the solution, in a way that best serves them. As a result, Impact Entrepreneurs work with the community, for the community, resulting in a bridge that is created by the community, for the community. This inside out approach to projects is how we achieve locally sustainable solutions. Learn More

Impact Investors

Impact Investors and Sponsors are people who have a desire to support initiatives – where outcomes are continually re-invested – creating real change in society to help secure better circumstances and opportunities for people and groups they have an interest in or care about. They are also interested in the learning opportunities, made available through the support, growth and success of their investments and exploring alternative outcomes and models. Like Impact Entrepreneurs they are typically people who are looking for an outcome greater than a financial benefit and the creation of solutions that can be applied and then recycled, upcycled and evolved for infinite application. They are looking to contribute to a community in a way that  isn’t necessarily only measurable in quantitative terms, but also in qualitative terms. Learn More

Projects Leaders

I3* Project Leaders are people who have adopted, or created the vision, for a specific project in collaboration with the members of the community where the project is located. With a compassion for, or direct connection to, the community involved, they understand how to initially engage – and stay engaged – with the community. They are able to define the real needs underlying the purpose and outcomes of the project. They are the driving force on the ground: the champions of both the intimate details and overall vision of a project. Their ultimate purpose, beyond leading a project to its successful completion, is to guide the creation of solutions that can be carried forward and drive a long term impact for the sustainability and well being of the community and its’ people.

Citizen Journalists

Citizen Journalists are people who are not only interested in what is going on in their community, they are a passionate voice – catalysts of change – within the community, willing to stand out and make the community heard. They are typically not willing to accept to status quo for their community, family and friends and are willing to advocate and be an activist for the good of the community. A Citizen Journalist’s’ role is two-fold. They promote I3* Projects within their community, in surrounding communities and to the world through traditional means of networking and via our global, social platform, bringing awareness, action and investment to our projects. Secondly, they serve as the liaison between our Project Leaders and their community, to aid in the building of trust, dialogue and involvement, throughout the lifecycle of a project. They are the key to ensuring that the real needs underlying the purpose and outcomes of the project are met.
